PRONOUN MADNESS

The Labor-Greens ruling faction in the New South Wales state parliament in Australia, has just past a bill into legislation, called the Equality Act. .

This legislation is sponsored by gay parliamentarian Mr Alex Greenwich (Australian Greens Party).

Mr Greenwich is a biological man, married to another biological man.  That is a bit odd, don't you think?   

The queer law that this biological man sponsored is only bizarre to straight folk.

For the queer & woke folk, it's Social Justice. 

Mr Greenwich is better known for recently tweeting out that his political rival, the Hon Mark Latham MLC is a “a disgusting human being”. 

This is is defamation and an attack on a good family-man's reputation.

Mark Latham was the former Leader of the federal Australian Labor Party.  He was defeated in an a federal election, two decades ago, by the dogged conservative incumbent PM John Howard.   Ironically, the transformed modern-day Mark Latham is now just as conservative apropos the culture wars, as former PM John Howard.   That’s saying something!

Mr Greenwich, the sposor of this queer Equality Act, attacked Mr Latham for speaking at an anti-transgender-agenda meeting in a Christian church.    So it is "disgusting", according to Mr Greenwich, to oppose the legal concept of  gender-identity, notwithstanding that it is unsubstantiated by scientific evidence. 

Mr Latham, well known for his justified anger, inability to suffer fools, and with a short fuse,  made an impulsive tweet in reply to the insulting & damaging tweet from Mr Greenwich. 

Then,  Mr Latham had second-thoughts.  He took the tweet down after 3 hours, because the language was "crude, rude and unattractive" to use the remembered phraseology of my dear departed English mother.  

Mr Latham's impulsive tweet - alluding to what makes him disgusted - was the very thought of "a bloke sticking his dick up another bloke's arse and getting it covered with shit" to use Mr Latham's own words.  

That is honest opinion that many straight blokes - myself no exception - would share.  

The Supreme Court of New South Wales recently ordered Mr Latham to pay Mr Greenwich $140,000 in damages,  in response to Mr Greenwich’s libel suit about that tweet expressing disgust at sodomy.  

Apparently the short-lived tweet had damaged Mr Greenwich’s reputation.  It did not name Mr Greenwich in relation to the act of sodomy, but it was a fleeting 3-hour reply to Mr Greenwich's original tweet.   Therefore, readers of Mr Latham's tweet could reasonably assume that he suggested Mr Greenwich engages in sodomy with his husband.   Whatever, that behavious has now been decriminalized, along with bestiality. 

Aside #1. Professor Wayne Morgan, of the Australian National University Law Department, an international expert on queer legal theory and advocate for the transformation of natural law into queer law, claims, as one of his greatest legal achievements,  the overturning of laws in the state of Tasmania that that criminalized acts of sodomy and bestiality. 

 So there you go.  Young INCELs in Tasmania, if you can't find a woman,  it's now quite OK to go and have queer sex with a goat or a sheep, thanks to th good queer professors victory in the High Court of Australia to decriminalize sodomy & bestiality, using some interpretation of an international human rights convention that the Commonwealth of Australia signed up to.

Back to the main story. . . 

The supreme court of New South Wales ruled that Mr Latham's impulsive tweet made imputations that Mr Greensich engaged in disgusting but lawful sex acts.   

On the other hand Mr Greenwich had total impunity to label Mr Latham “a disgusting human being”.  

You see, heterosexuality is not a protected attribute under New South Wales anti discrimination law, whereas homosexuality and transgender-identity are.    

Pedophilic sexual orientation & heterosexuality,  are not (yet) protected attributes under New South Wales anti-discrimination law, so it’s currently quite OK to vilify people on the grounds of those 2 sexual orientations.

Thus, it could be argued in court that Mr Greenwich did vilify Mr Latham on the grounds of his heterosexuality, because there are some studies in the field of evolutionary psychology that tell us homophobia and transphobia is hard wired in the brain of a heterosexual male, but is not present in the brain of a bisexual or homosexual male.    

But because Mr Greenwich is homosexual, he’s a protected person under the law. 

Under this new NSW state legislation - the Equality Act -  about transgender rights i.e., transvestite rights for those confused souls - it will become unlawful to deliberately “mis-gender” a person.    

Half-wracked - this writer -  deliberately refers to the plaintiff in Tickle v Giggle (Google it) as Mr Tickle, in the LinkedIn campaign run by Rachael Wong of Women’s Forum Australia and also by Ms Sall Grover CEO of Giggle, the defendant, in her LinkedIn campaign. 

Rachael is a lawyer whose mission is to fight for women’s rights, particularly the right to safe, women’s-only spaces, such as public toilet facilities, swimming pool change rooms, not to mention women’s sport teams.   She believes in the old-fashioned notion that there are only two sexes, namely male and female.   

Now this Equality Act, sponsored by Mr Greenwich,  says that a person can legally change their sex by requesting the sex stated on their birth certificate to be changed to the opposite binary. 

Thus, if you were born male, by having the birth certificate changed to state that you are female, then under this Equality Act you ARE female.  Can you believe it?   Probably not if you have qualifications in the natural sciences (like biology) or the applied sciences like physics or chemistry.  But if you are a graduate in many of the moderntertiary  humanities - like sociology or anthropology - and have done gender studies, women’s studies or any humanities course with the word studies - then you will probably end up, by neurolinguistic programming, to believing anything they want you to believe, including that biological sex is changeable.  

This is what "gender identity" is all about. 

I wondered whether one could change the sex on one's birth certificate from male to not known?  It's just a thought.

There are so many repercussions & rammifications arising from this NSW Equality Bill ("the transgender bill”) that I doubt the parliamentarians who voted for it would even understand.   I bet none of them could even comprehend the incomprehensible logic in Judith Butler's non-scientific book Gender Trouble.      

If I was residing in New South Wales, a transgender activist could now have me charged - under this Equality Act - for my deliberate use of the respectful title Mr, to address the biological male Mr R Tickle. 

He - Mr Tickle -  has not,  I believe,  had his penis chopped off.  He still, I believe, has XY chromosomes,  not XX, unless we now have some magic mRNA injection that can change these chromosomes from XY to XX.

The problem is that, through queer law, Mr Tickle was permitted to get his birth certificate changed from male to female.  Therefore, with this new birth certificate, and donning a dress and letting his hair grow long, he can prove he’s a woman under the law, by virtue of this false birth certificate.    

 Mr Tickle’s a transvestite to my 1950s way of thinking.   He's probably harmless in his predilections, but it is definitely out-of-order for him to enter women’s-only bathrooms and scare the bejesus out of the women & girls in there.   

And it is totally out of order for him to join Ms Sall Grover's womens-only social media app called Giggle.   

Back in the day, these so-called transvestites were accepted & tolerated with sympathy (and maybe with a little maybe pity) - as a curiosity on the spectrum of quirky human behaviors arising from psychosexual disorders and strange fetishes.  

But no more.  In the interests of Equality (the middle term in that newspeak acronym DEI) these curiosities must now be affirmed and encouraged in their anti-social narcissistic self-expression.    

Gender ideology is an extreme ideology.   It should be banned from being propagandized in our schools, as it is in Russia.  

Rachael Wong’s campaign is mainly focussed on protecting the rights of biological women and girls - real women - but her campaign really serves all mothers & fathers, grandmothers & grandfathers. 

This gender ideology - spreading in the Western world - in the words of Vladimir Putin is bringing about “degeneration and degradation of our culture resulting from false values”.
