It's interesting to note that in 2008 people were musing about Iran having a nuclear weapon. Hillary Clinton (secretary of state under Obama) threatened to "obliterate" them should they use it.

Yes I remember back in 2006 there were fears of a war on Iran. It was all a part of the post-911 plan.
