Bob Dylan wrote alot of incredible songs which never made it into his published work. This is one such example. This song seems to be a riff on a Woody Guthrie song - totally different melody, same concept. It's magic is in the slightly haphazard guitar delivery. I would guess Columbia said it's not suitable for an album due to it's roughness and lack of clear melody.

When you listen to this you just want to sink into it. The sound captures you and you don't even know why.
