The plaintiff in BOTTRILL v GRAHAM & ANOR is one "Mr David Bottrill" who uses his openly-admitted membership of a Masonic-like LGBTQ occult & satanic religion in Australia called Ordo Templi Orientis to entap people who develop & publish conspiracy theories about this secret society.   

Thus Mr Bottrill is the "honey pot" used by the powerful forces within the LGBTQ human-rights QANGOs and within the world of judicial activists, to entrap those who believe social media is a free-speech zone where they can express their honest opinions or delusions without terrible consequesces. 

It is believed - only from circumstantial evidence and not hard evidence - that Bottrill, a government insider living in Canberra,  is an ASIO asset used to establish anti-free speech case-law.  This case-law affecting all social-media users in Australia - is in the area of (i) vilification or victimization on social media of a person or group on the grounds of religious conviction (Anti-discrimination legislation) (ii) vilification or victimization on social media of a person or group on the grounds if a psychosexual disorder  (ii) doing harm to a person’s reputation by making statements on social media  (Defamation legislation)

The reward for Mr Bottrill is financial gain through payouts to him from tribunals and courts.

He never loses any litigation he initiates - and there are many examples - because he works as a de facto amicus curiae to the courts and tribunals.

His serial litigation is not about truth and Justice for his victims.

 Rather, it’s about power, ideology and politics.  

It’s about assisting tribunals & courts to deepen & strengthen case-law applying to the aforementioned legislation.  

Aside: the same can be said about the recent Tickle v Giggle case in Australia that was designed to legitimize and “cement into man-made reality” the post-modern concept of gender identity first postulated 36 years ago by lesbian philosopher Judith Butler in her book Gender Trouble: Feminism And The Subversion of Identity.  Only a psychosexually deranged brain could come up with with these unscientific notions that are at variance with the normal thought processes of a heterosexual brain. 

MR David Bottrill is wittingly aiding & abetting the taxpayer-funded judicial & human rights activists who in tern are using him to create case-law . . . that can be extended to silence internet platforms and social media commentators that are deemed by ASIO as being inimical to the national interest. are using him in the national interest as determined by ASIO.    

That national interest is to aid social cohesion and acceptance of diversity, by shutting down conspiracy theorists on social media.
