(She knew where she was, the Japanese knew, the US military chiefs knew because they'd broken the Japanese codes) This footage was taken June 18, 1944 by US Marines liberating Aslito airfield. The footage covers the entire airfield - (the longer version on Youtube). But there were only two hangars still standing, and ONLY ONE HANGAR WITH PLANES INSIDE. The US Marine combat cameraman put his tripod inside the hangar, panned left to right. Two single engine planes can be seen under camouflage - their single engines exposed, but in the corner is a mystery plane under wraps. They had not identified it yet.
