New photos taken before the Nepal–Tibet mudslide disaster may show warning signs on the mountain more than 30 minutes before the main collapse. In this program, we reconstruct the timeline from the 10:21 photo and reported rumbling to the 10:52 seismic event and the debris flow that struck Gyirong Port minutes later.
