Some people think the chemtrails conspiracy theory was invented by the CIA psyops department as a honey pot to lure the gullible in for the purpose of discrediting all conspiracy theories by association. Clever tactic , if true.

The weapon to fight this psyop is to understand the clever use of language to disarm folk.
Never put forward a conspiracy “theory”
Rather, put forward the same speculation, but call it a conspiracy “hypothesis”
Then your thinking is in line with scientific thinking
The hypothesis must stand as a legitimate thought, until it can be falsified with evidence
