On the Pulse with Silki

Another catastrophe in Nepal! A massive flash flood has devastated communities along the Budhi Gandaki River in Gorkha on October 11, 2026. Up to 40 homes reportedly swept away, six bridges destroyed, people missing, and emergency helicopter rescues underway. Authorities report that a massive landslide created a natural dam that suddenly burst, unleashing a destructive surge of water, mud, and debris. With villages cut off and warnings issued downstream toward the Trishuli River, one terrifying question remains: Is the danger really over?
