The social construct of "gender identity", that was written into Australia's SEX DISCRIMINATION ACT under the Gillard government, has now been entrenched into reality through case law.
In other words, under Australian law, a woman can be a man with a penis, even though this is at odds with Scientific Law.
This is a serious degradation & degeneration of Western culture that results from the Homosexual Political Agenda, particularly from the TQ part of the LGBTQ Agenda.
This case follows down the slippery slope arising from the removal of GENDER from Australia's MARRIAGE ACT in 2017.
This is in effect the attack on GENDER itself, all a part of what is known as QUEER LAW.
The Australian legal activist & proponent of QUEER LAW is Associate Professor Wayne Morgan of the Law Department, Australian National University.
The aim of QUEER LAW is to eliminate heteronormativity as an accepted world view underwriting the law and legal cases.
The appeal reported in August 2025 has been lost. The woman with a penis won the discrimination case, based on the the fact that "gender identity" has become a reality under Australian law.
