CANADIAN PODCAST ON CENSORED 'FIFTH ESTATE PRESS' STORY
This podcast appears to be entirely based on Half-wracked's Fifth Estate Press story entitled AUSTRALIA vs X (Part 2).
This story was censored by Winston Smith CEO of Fifth Estate Press after receiving a threat from the plaintiff in the court case being discussed in the story.

This story, banned by Fifth Estate Press is now going viral.
The loss for Fifth Estate Press is a win for Substack.
As this Canadian podcast shows, Half-wracked's story has spread from Australia to the USA, Canada and beyond.
The international legal precedent being discussed in the story is: whether or not individuals, who are neurodivergent or who have related mental health issues, should be banned from having access to digital social media, as a social harm-reduction measure.
This follows from the Australian precedent of banning individuals under the age of 16 (i.e., children) from having a social media account.
This government regulation of social media is based on the understanding that children are still undergoing development. This is tantamount to saying that children have a developmental disability.
It could be argued that neurodivergent persons should also be banned from having a social media account, if we accept the logic of the Australian legislation that children should not have a social media account.
That is because neurodivergence can be classified as a developmental disability.
Normal children can be seen to have a de facto developmental disability (compared to normal adults) because - as neurologists and brain surgeons tell us - the frontal lobe of the human brain, that facilitates judgement and discernment, is not fully developed untill about the age of 21-22.
That's why the Australian legislation banned children from having a social media account, as a social harm-reduction measure.
The unbridled thoughts and behaviour of children on social media can destroy reputations and drive the more vulnerable to depression and suicide.
The social issue arising from all this, is whether or not one should have a government-issued license to have a social media account, much like a person needs a government-issued license to drive a car on a public thoroghfare.
Food for thought on Fifth Estate Press that is ostensibly devoted to freedom of speech.
