Can there be reconciliation without justice?

To accompany this article I have posted a well known video from 2020 which shows a Melbourne policeman putting a woman in a choke hold, allegedly because she was not wearing a mask. This is just one instance of gross abuse which managed to get captured on camera. I feel it's important that we don't "move on" from these abuses until justice has been served. Unfortunately there seems to be no indication of that happening any time soon.

The year 2020 was an exceptional one in human history. This is the year when it became evident that there was a power structure in place which can override the sovereignty of most of the sovereign nations on this planet, without firing a shot. During this time, supposedly independent nation states all over the world were revealed as pure puppets of this power structure.

Prior to this, the most recent example of something similar was probably the lead up to 2003 invasion of Iraq, when virtually all "advanced" nations, abetted by international news agencies and testimony gained through torture, signed off on the "weapons of mass destruction" mass hysteria. The way in which all media in dozens of countries simply repeated the same talking points was frightening.

I would argue however that what happened in 2020 was far more extreme and sinister, for several reasons.

  1. The degree of lockstep compliance on the part of governments, media and the mass population with an agenda set by United Nations bureaucrats was much higher than what we saw in the Iraq war, when there was significant political dissent and a robust protest movement. Ultimately, protest movements against the bio-medical security state did emerge, but these groups were repeatedly blocked and banned by social media platforms while being violently suppressed by police. Those involved were and continue to be dishonestly smeared as "conspiracy-theorists" and "anti-vaxxers" by both mass media and government officials.

  2. The intrusion by governments into our daily lives and the willingness to use extreme measures like curfews to force compliance was unlike anything we've seen before.

  3. The final culmination of all the many outrages was the worst of all, and unique in human history: the compelled injections of an experimental gene altering substance into billions of people and the social exclusion and sacking of all who refused to comply.

As of the writing of this article in September 2023, the world would appear to have returned to normal and people are simply getting on with their lives as before. This situation seems unreal, as if the population of many western nations is somewhat in a walking trance. The media tells us that the pandemic is over, but excess deaths are at record levels.

Serious human rights abuses have gone unpunished, and those responsible are still engaging in totally dishonest narratives about what really happened. This is perhaps epitomised by a recent bizarre declaration by the New Zealand PM, Chris Hipkins, that nobody was "forced" to take the vaccine.

https://twitter.com/therealrukshan/status/1698249077061009496?t=xWM8L7vUSM6IJLueYl9e-Q&s=19

The reality was that thousands of workers in several industries were compelled to take the vaccine or lose their jobs. It was impossible to sit down in a restaurant or coffee shop without showing one's vaccination status. Camping sites were off-limits to the unvaxxed. Most retail businesses would not admit unvaxxed customers. This is very similar to the situation that Jews faced in Germany in the 1930s. Those who wore the yellow star were found guilty of a crime simply for being on the premises of a business which was designated "Aryan". This sub class of people were vilified by the press and brutalised by police, and were seen as a blight on humanity.

The truth is that New Zealand, under the leadership of Jacinda Ardern, descended into a totalitarian nightmare which begs comparison to Nazi Germany. New Zealand of course is but one country, and I'm merely using it to highlight a situation that unfolded to varying degrees around the world.

The kind of irrational denial of reality from political leaders like Hipkins is the best sign that we are not "out of the woods" yet by any means. Right now we are experiencing a "thaw" in the new totalitarianism. This type of thing happened in the Soviet era after the death of Stalin. It was a temporary situation, which was followed by the construction of the Berlin Wall and the Cuban missile crisis. I merely offer this as an example of why we should not conclude that the norms of a democratic, free society have been reinstated.

In 2023, along with this thaw, there have been many calls from media figures for us to "move on" and let go of our outrage at what happened, since everything was done with the best intentions, and even if health authorities got some things wrong, they were simply working with the information that was available. This of course is a preposterous lie, and is easily disproven, but for those who have not dared to do any research or think for themselves, these kind of platitudes are possibly a healing balm for lingering doubts.

We should never forget that covid-totalitarianism began in China, with images of people being trapped inside apartment buldings with doors welded shut. In 2022, during the "second wave", we saw thousands of videos from China depicting the horrors of mass surveillance and "health passports". The basic technology underpinning these atrocities is still in place, and could easily be rolled out around the world if a another virus scare emerges.

Reconciliation or Justice?

I strongly believe that we need to see justice served before any reconciliation can occur. Some people need to be convicted of crimes. Some need to be imprisoned. Some need to stripped of their jobs and entitlements. This needs to happen before we can even think about forgiveness.

Can there be conciliation without Justice?

Note: the anti-discrimination industry in Australia rarely conciliates complaints because they are lazy bureaucrats, ideologically possessed, and lack the competence.  So they just flick all complaints to tribunals for external judgements and the award of damages to the complainant.

Answer to your question from AI

That is a very interesting and complex question. There is no definitive answer, as different people may have different views and experiences of what constitutes conciliation and justice. However, based on the information I found from the web, I can offer some possible perspectives.

One perspective is that conciliation is a process of dialogue and negotiation that aims to resolve a conflict or a complaint in a mutually acceptable way. Conciliation does not necessarily require an admission of fault or liability, nor does it involve a formal determination of who is right or wrong. Conciliation can be seen as a voluntary, informal, quick, and cost-effective way to address a dispute without resorting to legal action

Conciliation can be beneficial for both parties, as it can help them to understand each other's point of view, express their feelings and needs, and reach an agreement that satisfies their interests

Another perspective is that justice is a principle or value that relates to fairness, equality, and human rights. Justice can be seen as a goal or an outcome that reflects the recognition and respect of the dignity and rights of all people. Justice can also be seen as a process or a mechanism that ensures that the law is applied and enforced in an impartial, consistent, and transparent way.

Justice can be beneficial for society, as it can help to uphold the rule of law, protect the vulnerable, and prevent or redress the wrongs

A third perspective is that conciliation and justice are interrelated and interdependent concepts that cannot be separated or achieved in isolation. Conciliation without justice can be seen as superficial or incomplete, as it may ignore or overlook the underlying causes or consequences of the conflict or the complaint.

Justice without conciliation can be seen as adversarial or punitive, as it may escalate or prolong the hostility or resentment between the parties.

Conciliation and justice can be seen as complementary and mutually reinforcing processes that aim to restore the relationship and the harmony between the parties

Ultimately, the answer to your question may depend on how you define and understand conciliation and justice, and how you apply them to your own situation or context. As a wise person once said: "The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice"

Ps, If I was in cooeee distance as that bad excuse for a copper was putting the choke hold on that poor young woman, a mother of two I believe, I would not have stood by and done nothing.

In one of the videos you can hear a guy pleading with that robocop as she is being strangled. It's tragic and pathetic.

Great piece Winston. Like all of those who have done their own independent research I fear the worst is yet to come.

Here there is news about A 20-year-old security guard girl dies in rented room very eerie, people next to the room heard people talking all night before the body was discovered. But the cause of death of the deceased was not found. Or maybe it was because she had been vaccinated too much?

And not only does the justice need to happen, it needs to happen openly and publicly, to an in-your-face degree to match the in-your-face nature the public was forced to experience via the various media channels (resulting in mass fear and false beliefs).

I see this similar to when a news organisation makes a false statement (especially as a headline or front cover article) or when they publicly smear someone and then issue a retraction. However, their retraction is placed in a tiny corner of the power, where nobody will see it (and it's made out to look of no importance). These retractions should be on the same attention grabbing scale (if not, even higher) than the initial false information.

If a few figures are merely arrested or stripped of their licenses (and then privately rewarded behind closed doors), it will go unnoticed and the general public will not see it as a reason to distrust policies in the future which follow a similar path because they will merely believe the couple of bad apples are gone and may even believe this makes govt, etc more trustworthy now.

What really needs to happen is the entire institutions need abolishing and replacing. Instead, what we are seeing is International policies being drafted for countries to sign on to, to give entities like the W.H.O. full authority over all nations. In other words, the Globalists are looking to secure of means of repeating the last few years ago, but in a manner where citizens do not have legal reasonings to refuse and do not have any abilities to get unlawful fines dropped. Take for example how the Victoria Police kind heartedly (aka were lawfully forced) to drop all the fines given to people for mask mandates several weeks or months after issuing them. In the future scenario, where "Democratic" Australia (through it's Democratically elected leadership) has signed away all it's authority to the W.H.O., dropping the unlawful fines will no longer be possible. And that's just one example.
