The cancelling of Russell Brand is the most important story on the planet today. This is a major psyop which has massive implications for every human being who values independent thought and free speech.

Free speech is the non-negotiable pre-requisite for freedom generally. If free speech is denied there can can be no freedom at all. It is the first step in the march to total tyranny and when powerful forces conspire to silence their opponents it is a warning of far worse things to come.

Russell Brand has been a hero for millions of people since the outbreak of virus hysteria in 2020. He became a hero simply because he was able to succinctly articulate what millions of people suspected in their hearts. He used common sense and logical reasoning. He never breached the onerous restrictions on "misinformation" which have been in place on most social media platforms. His accounts were never suspended. He was never disrespectful, and never said anything on his show which could be construed as grounds for censure by Youtube. This in itself was an incredible feat and demonstrates his skill as an orator. He simply used clear language and common sense to express his opinion. He never vilified any or promoted conspiracy theories. He was a model citizen journalist.

Many other podcasters whom I followed were banned from Youtube for supposedly spreading misinformation, but they couldn't catch Brand. He was too smart and too polished, and he knew how to avoid the traps. This, I believe, ultimately led to the current attempt to simply assassinate him through attacks on his character. As you might expect, arrogant media personalities have derided and sneered at claims that this is all part of a conspiracy. They want the public to think that this is all about his treatment of women, even as they demand that his current content, which contains nothing remotely offensive, should be demonetised.

Indeed, the assertion by media figures that this has nothing to do with censorship is one of the most vile aspects of this psyop. It is pure doublethink in the vein of George Orwell. They are trying to shove an absurd logical contradiction down the throats of the general public.

The consumers of mainstream media are being psychologically raped by this rush to defame and smear the man before he's even been charged with any crime. Take for example this recent BBC report, which dredges up a new allegation from 2008, when allegedly Brand exposed his penis to a woman.

The effect of broadcasting this now is to utterly destroy his public image. It doesn't matter whether this can be proven. The smear is going stay with him forever. News stories like this plant an image in the mind of the viewer which is impossible to wipe out, even if Brand ultimately wins a damages claim. The truth of this incident may be less cut and dried that it appears. Brand was generally liked by women and many women may have enjoyed taking a look at his penis. It's not immoral or illegal to show your private parts to another person. It all depends on context.

Since it's now clear that Brand is being destroyed for political reasons, this puts pressure on every one of us who cares about free speech to start exercising it now. We can't sit back and rely on somebody else to champion our rights, however brilliant they may be, and Brand was definitely brilliant. The problem is that any person can be found to have flaws, and these can always be exploited by enemies.

We must each become Russell Brand. It is time.
